K.R. Mangalam World School, Lucknow is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and well-governed learning environment. The following committees have been constituted to uphold student welfare, institutional integrity, and community engagement.
School Safety Commitee
Ensures a secure and hazard-free environment within the school premises. Regularly monitors safety protocols and responds proactively to any concerns.
Parent-Teacher Association Meeting
Strengthens collaboration between parents and educators through regular meetings. Encourages shared responsibility for students’ academic and personal development.
Disaster Management Committee
Prepares the school community to respond effectively to emergencies and natural disasters. Conducts safety drills and creates awareness about disaster preparedness.
Anti-Bullying Committee
Works to prevent and address incidents of bullying among students. Promotes a culture of respect, empathy, and peer support within the school.
Grievance Redressal Committee
Ensures fair and impartial resolution of students’ academic and administrative grievances. The committee meets periodically to address concerns submitted in writing by students, staff, or parents—either via the ‘Suggestion/Complaint Box’ or directly to committee members or the Heads of the institution. Prompt action is taken on all genuine complaints.
Event Management Committee
Plays a vital role in planning and organising school programmes throughout the session. The committee oversees planning, resource allocation, logistics, documentation, execution, post-event arrangements, and follow-up with guests.
Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Committee
